Topic: Twilight Princess
Look, I made a topic.
Seriously though, I know this is like 3 years late - but I just recently beat this game. Lack of motivation or something...
Anyway, what did you all think of it?

It sucks big bad donkey rolaid. I only beat it thanks to Scott.
That game has an unfortunately disproportionate amount of sucky, poorly designed or just plain stupid parts. There are alot of genuinely cool parts to the game, like the wolf statues, almost any of the bosses, and the awesome western shootout. The sound track is also among the series' strongest. It just feels as if alot of the game was made solely to please annoying Zelda fan girls (and boys, I guess).
Link is also waaaay too smexy. I prefer Link to resemble Michael Cera more than Zac Efron, thank you very much.
He did play a character named Link once...

Well, Michael Cera Link is creepy as hell...

I actually like that one better... he doesn't look like he is undressing me with his eyes...
Eh, they're both gross.
Twilight Princess Link has his charm:

Not that anything can top....

The final battle made up for a lot of stuff for me. Overall I really liked the game. Though it was a cool 2 years ago since I played it.
My roomies and I just went on a Link binge a couple months ago, playing Ocarina of Time, Majora's mask, and Twilight Princess. All in all I really liked Twilight Princess, espcecially since you get to play the temple of time......probably one of my fav. maps. Although, there were some really slow parts in the game.
Good game, but it recycled a bit too much from Ocarina of Time (though that's precisely what the idiotic fanbase has been begging for) and it was so easy it actually ended up hurting the game. Now, there's nothing really wrong with easy games: Klonoa is one of my favorite series of all-time. But most boss fights boil down to a very simple pattern. That is, a pattern on your part. The bosses will never so much as attempt to attack you as long as you keep attacking them.
The fire golem in the second dungeon is a prime example. You have to follow a pretty neat pattern to beat him: shoot him in the eye, then drag him down using the chains attached to his feet, then smack him repeatedly with your sword. But like I said, he'll never attack you while you're doing this. Is it too much to ask that he goes berserk for a couple seconds after you stab him before you can shoot him in the eye again?
