Topic: Spectacular Spider-Man

Watch it. Seriously. Just watch it. This is not up for debate.

Here. Here's the latest episode. Dowload it, watch it.

It's not only the best thing to ever happen to Spidey in YEARS, but it's also the best damn cartoon I've seen since childhood. You have absolutely no excuse not to.

What's the name of the word for things not being the same always. You know. I'm sure there IS one. Isn't there?
There must be a word for it... the thing that lets you know time is happening. IS there a word?

Re: Spectacular Spider-Man

I'm glad somebody else noticed this show! I haven't seen any of the new season, but I was very impressed with the first. Not only is it (surprisingly) one of the most faithful adaptations, but its animation is generally fantastic. As a grown man, I'm tempted to order Happy Meals just get the toys of this show.
I just hope the networks continue to appreciate it.

Re: Spectacular Spider-Man

The second season is actually better than the first, now that it's free from establishing the characters and environment. It's also got some nice story arcs going: the first few episodes deal with The Master Planner and a new Sinister Six, which leads into the return of Venom. Then there's a short Gangland arc with Tombstone, Silvermane, and Master Planner all trying to seize control of Manhattan, which leads into the current arc.

It's been a hell of a ride.
