Well, we see the first of La Grim Narwhal’s crew today, as well as the last of the Seriph sisters. These three will have plenty to do later, but in this chapter serves as their introduction and little else.
I don’t have a whole lot of time before work, so I guess I’ll leave it at that.

Oh the female worker/ male boss relationship…I wonder if that will go anywhere???

This looks… familiar, but since I know you don’t like what I’m thinking of anyway, I’ll leave it at that.
Don’t go off shipping on me, Mace.

well, that’s not entirely true, and now im curious as to this familiarity, quite frankly. am i accidentally ripping off of something?

Reminds me of Johnny and May from Guilty Gear. A dashing rogue who travels the world in an airship with a young female subordinate as the law makes futile attempts to bring them in, with a high-ranking officer as their unwitting ally.

But when I put it like that, it’s not like it isn’t a common theme. I think it’s just EMDF’s comment that made me think of it. Don’t worry about it, anyway. I know you don’t like Guilty Gear, and similarities are bound to come up in any work.

I’ve actually been playing a good deal of Guilty Gear over the last year or so, although I was totally unaware of the actual plot now that I think about it. It never even crossed my mind that those characters had any kind of context haha.
